We have recreated the splendor of yesteryear. . . a kinder and more genteel age. Our Lodge is the perfect place for your family vacation, family reunion, wedding, special event, or business conference.  It's also the perfect romantic getaway and the place to come just to renew your spirit.   Our main lodge was constructed in 1927 by a wealthy sportsman as a private residence.  The majority of our cabins were built in the 1970's when the Lodge became a commercial venture.   Nearby, you'll find Johnson's Shutins, Elephant Rocks and Taum Sauk Mountain, as well as many other Missouri attractions.   For those of you who are hikers or backpackers, we have 1200 acres of trails. In addition, the Bell Mountain Wilderness Area and the Ozark Trail are nearby.
